On August 28, 2010 Phillip Securities Indonesia, held a regular event every two weeks: Free Education in our Saphire Gallery - Permata Hijau, which began on August 14, 2010 in Open House event. Last saturday, the topics covered were Technical Analysis-USA Market, Corporate Action, Investment Opportunities Offshore Funds and Kongkow Saham (Stock Chat).

In the 1st session was opened with Corporate Action, that was presented by Mr. Fendy from Phillip Securities Indonesia. The discussion covered important points of the Corporate Action, including reading the description Cum Date, Ex Date, Rec Date, Payment Date, the Action of the Corporate Action itself and others. The second topic was the Technical Analysis USA Market, presented by Mr. Onggo Karsono representatives of PhillipCapital Singapore, which briefly discusses about PhillipCapital, Technical Analysis of several charts of U.S. Market such as, JP Morgan, Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft as well as a glance of the indicator of Moving Average and RSI chart.

After a break, and lunch (for those who did not do fasting) 2nd Session began with Investment Opportunities Offshore Funds, was presented by Mr. Martin Chong (representatives of PhillipCapital Singapore) include discussion of any instruments for investing in Singapore, the types of assets classes, advantages of investing in a portfolio.

Furthermore, the second topic of the 2nd Session was Kongkow Saham (Stock Chat), which was delivered at a leisurely pace but contains by the Head of Research of Phillip Securities Indonesia Mr. Arif Budiman.

All Sessions were performed well and there were many active participants. At the end of each session held door prize, congratulations to the winners.
