Phillip Money Market Fund is a Money Market Mutual Funds based on Collective Investment Contract between PT Phillip Securities Indonesia as an
Investment Manager and Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk. as a Custodian Bank. It has obtained an effective letter (surat pernyataan efektif) from Bapepam and LK (Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency) on June 23, 2010.
Each Unit of Phillip Money Market Fund is offered with price equal to the initial Net Asset Value per Unit of Rp. 1.000, - (one thousand rupiah) per day.
Phillip Money Market Fund will invest 100% (hundred percent) of its asset on the money market instrument and/or Cash/Cash equivalents. These include Deposits, Commercial Securities that have been rated by the rating agency companies, bonds maturing less than 1 (one) year and other money market instruments.
